課程概述

本課程在介紹主要的健康照護支付制度，使同學瞭解支付制度演進的歷史背景、理論基礎、特色與對健康照護結果的影響。本課程並將針對台灣現行全民健保實施之支付制度（例如TW-DRG）與總額預算進行詳細之討論。此外將就近期國際上重要的醫療改革與支付制度議題進行介紹。 

課程目標
 本課程之學習目標為：
1.提供健康照護支付制度發展的歷史背景與理論基礎之介紹
2.瞭解常見的健康照護支付制度
3.瞭解台灣全民健保的支付制度設計之特色
4.瞭解前瞻性支付制度對照護結果之影響
5.瞭解與健康照護改革、支付制度有關的最新議題。
